How it works

List your title — free

Submit your game, book, or tabletop title. We create a public demand profile that collects qualified signals from players, retailers, localization partners and distributors worldwide.

Signals are collected and analysed

Each signal captures language, country, buyer type and purchase intent — not just a vote. We structure and aggregate the data so you can see where real demand exists.

We identify viable routes

When demand reaches a meaningful threshold, we identify the most appropriate route: localized production, language pack, digital rulebook, low-MOQ reprint, or a partner pitch.

We facilitate the deal

Locapublish connects you with vetted partners — localization studios, print partners, distributors. If a deal closes through us, we take our agreed percentage. If nothing comes of it, you owe nothing.

What counts as a deal?

Licensing agreement A local publisher licenses rights to produce a localized edition

Localization contract A translation / adaptation studio is contracted through the platform

Reprint arrangement A print partner is connected for a backlist or reprint run

Distributor partnership A regional distributor picks up the title for a new market

Late pledge / retail deal Availability is extended to a new retail partner or fulfilment channel

Language pack licensing A third-party language pack is licensed from the rights holder

Demand signals indicate market interest — they do not guarantee production or a deal. Locapublish facilitates connections; final terms are agreed directly between publisher and partner. Percentage rates are indicative and may be adjusted by written agreement before any deal is finalised.
